Introduction to Macro Photography
Interested in learning more about macro photography and how your aperture impacts your image? Want to know how the aperture and the lens works together. Learn how to get shallow Depth-of-Field (good Bokeh) or great Depth-of-Field.
Come join us at Yorkdale Adult Learning Centre to practice photographing flowers and other objects, learning about great or shallow Depth-of-Field and macro photography.
The techniques that you will learn for photographing these subjects will transfer over to photographing portraits. (Not sure how? come to this workshop to learn how easy photography can be.)
We will also be covering Shutter Speed, White Balance, flash and light modifiers.
WORKSHOP LOCATION:
This workshop will be held at 70 Canuck Avenue in Downsview Park

D.S.L.R. camera (or mirrorless) with fully charged battery.
Lots of Memory
Macro lens &/or good telephoto, (tele-converter &/or extension tubes will be available to try for Nikon and Canon users)
tripod.
External Flash (if you have - If not one will be provided)
Ring flash or Rayflash (if you have - If not one will be available)
Cost: $ 40.00 Plus H.S.T.
